So here is a straight answer for homeowners in Centre Wellington, based on what bathroom renovations actually cost here in 2026 — and, just as importantly, what makes one bathroom cost twice as much as another that looks similar on paper.

Vanities, faucets, lighting and hardware stack up the same way. None of it is wrong — it just needs to be priced honestly up front so there are no surprises.
