Every feature in this powder room has been intentionally selected to make a bold, lasting impression. Though compact in size, this space proves that style and function don’t have to be compromised—quite the opposite, in fact. Every material, fixture, and finish contributes to a cohesive design that is both timeless and eye-catching.

The custom fir vanity immediately draws attention with its natural grain and warm, organic tone. Topped with a sleek vessel sink, it becomes a striking focal point, combining handcrafted charm with modern sensibility. This beautiful pairing is set against a backdrop of exposed stone, which brings in rich texture and visual contrast. The stone wall adds rustic depth and an earthy quality that grounds the space while offering a unique and memorable aesthetic. The interplay between raw and refined materials gives this powder room a curated, designer feel that elevates the entire experience of the space.

To add dimension and character, traditional wainscoting (Wayne scotting) was incorporated along the lower walls. Painted in a soft, green hue, it balances the bold textures of the stone and fir, creating harmony in the design. Above, custom wallpaper introduces a layer of sophistication and visual interest—whether it’s a subtle pattern or a dramatic motif, it offers personality without overwhelming the compact space. This careful layering of elements turns a simple powder room into a standout feature of the home.

The flooring completes the story. Slate tile ensures longevity and easy maintenance, while the addition of in-floor heating makes this space a pleasure to step into year-round. It’s a thoughtful touch that enhances everyday comfort, especially during colder months, and speaks to the attention to detail found throughout the home.

Even with its smaller footprint, this powder room delivers a major impact. It serves as a perfect example of how good design can transform utility into beauty, creating an experience that guests won’t forget. Every surface, texture, and material was chosen not just for how it looks, but for how it works together as part of a larger design vision. With timeless style, smart functionality, and tactile warmth woven into every corner, this powder room is a stunning reflection of elevated living—proof that luxury and practicality can coexist effortlessly, even in the most compact spaces.
